ISP Global Announces Executive Director Resignation and Authorised Representative Transition

ISP Global disclosed that Executive Director and authorised representative Mr. Yuan Shuangshun will step down on 31 March 2026 to concentrate on personal and business commitments. The Board confirmed that Mr. Yuan has no disagreement with management and no issues require shareholder attention.

Effective immediately after Mr. Yuan’s departure, Mr. Cao Chunmeng will assume the role of authorised representative. Company secretary Mr. Chan Kwok Wai continues as an authorised representative under both GEM Listing Rules and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Yuan’s contributions during his tenure and affirmed that all information in the announcement is accurate and complete.
