EVERG VEHICLE (00708) has announced a change to its board of directors.

Effective September 4, 2026, Mr. Liang Junye and Mr. Zhou Weixing have been appointed as independent non-executive directors. Mr. Lu Jiaqi has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, also effective September 4, 2026, citing personal affairs.

Following these changes, Mr. Lu has stepped down as chairman of the company's audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee, and corporate governance committee. Mr. Liang has been appointed as a member of each of these four committees, while Mr. Zhou has been appointed as chairman of all four committees.

The appointments and resignations take effect simultaneously, ensuring continuity in the company's governance structure.
