Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd (commonly referred to as GEELY AUTO) has announced the issuance of 23,000 new ordinary shares.
The share issue, dated September 9, 2026, was executed as a result of options being exercised by group employees under the company's share option scheme, which was officially adopted on April 28, 2023.
This move reflects the ongoing implementation of the company's employee incentive program, allowing staff to participate in the company's growth and performance.
