ANTA Sports posted interim revenue of RMB 43.51 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026, up 12.9% year-on-year. Gross profit rose 13.8% to RMB 27.79 billion, lifting gross margin by 0.5 percentage point to 63.9%.
Profit from operations increased 16.1% to RMB 11.76 billion, while operating margin widened to 27.0%. Net profit advanced 34.6% to RMB 10.92 billion; the net profit margin improved to 25.1%. Excluding a one-off gain from equity dilution in Amer Sports, profit attributable to equity shareholders grew 12.9% to RMB 7.94 billion.
Segment performance • ANTA brand revenue: RMB 17.77 billion, +4.8%; operating margin: 22.5% (-0.8 ppt). • FILA revenue: RMB 15.05 billion, +6.1%; operating margin: 28.7% (+1.0 ppt). • All Other Brands (including DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT, JACK WOLFSKIN, MAIA ACTIVE): revenue RMB 10.69 billion, +44.2%; operating margin 33.1%.
E-commerce contributed 35.7% of group revenue, up from 34.8% a year earlier.
Cash flow and balance sheet Free cash inflow rose 54.2% to RMB 11.63 billion. Cash and cash equivalents reached RMB 16.99 billion, supporting a net cash position of RMB 39.11 billion. Inventory turnover improved to 130 days from 136 days.
Dividend The Board declared an interim dividend of HK 151 cents per share, representing a 50.3% payout of adjusted profit attributable to equity shareholders.
Strategic updates Management reaffirmed the “Single-focus, Multi-brand, Globalization” strategy, highlighting 35.7% online sales penetration and approximately 13,000 mono-brand stores worldwide. Capital commitments totaled RMB 8.34 billion, largely for supply-chain and retail upgrades.
