Hong Kong stock exchange filings reveal that on September 7, ENN Energy (02688) Chairman Wang Yusuo increased his shareholding in the company by acquiring 16,300 shares.

The transaction was executed at a price of HK$49.4367 per share, totaling approximately HK$805,800. Following this purchase, Wang's aggregate shareholding now stands at roughly 396 million shares, representing a 35.00% stake in the company.

This move by the chairman underscores a continued vote of confidence in the energy provider's prospects, as he aligns his personal investment more closely with the company's strategic direction.
