On September 4, China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) released an announcement stating that its 11th Board of Directors held its 14th meeting for the 2026 fiscal year on the same date.
During the meeting, the board reviewed and approved a proposal to convene the company's second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2026.
