CHINA TOWER Adds Independent Director Wen Bugao to Board Strategy Committee

China Tower Corporation Limited announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Wen Bugao has been appointed as a member of the Board’s Strategy Committee, effective 3 September 2026.
The Board now comprises three executive directors—Zhang Zhiyong (Chairman), Chen Li (General Manager) and Yin Wenkai—four non-executive directors—Cheng Jianjun, Miao Shouye, Luan Xiaowei and Fang Xiaobing—and four independent non-executive directors—Pei Zhenjiang, Hu Zhanghong, Zhang Wei and Wen Bugao.
The appointment was confirmed by Board resolution dated 3 September 2026 and was released under the authority of Chairman Zhang Zhiyong. No other board or management changes were disclosed in the announcement.
