Shanghai Growth (official name: Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, detailing an expansion in share capital driven by a rights issue.

• Share issue activity On 23 March 2026, the company completed a rights issue that placed 4.81 million ordinary shares at USD 0.12 each. This was the sole equity movement during the month; no options, warrants, convertibles, or treasury-share transactions were reported.
