HANS CNC Reports Stable Share Capital for August 2026; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Shenzhen Han’s CNC Technology Co., Ltd. (HANS CNC) disclosed in its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026 that neither its authorised nor issued share capital changed during the month.

Authorised / Registered Capital • A-share quota remained at 430.99 million shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, translating to authorised capital of RMB 430.99 million. • H-share quota was unchanged at 58.02 million shares, also at RMB 1 par value, equal to authorised capital of RMB 58.02 million. • Combined authorised capital therefore stood at RMB 489.01 million.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued A shares: 430.99 million; treasury balance: zero. • Issued H shares: 58.02 million; treasury balance: zero. • No share issues, cancellations, buy-backs or treasury share movements were recorded in August.

Public Float The company confirmed that its H-share public float exceeded the 5 percent minimum required for PRC issuers under Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32B, based on publicly available information.

Equity Incentive Scheme Under the 2023 Restricted Share Incentive Scheme, 5.65 million A-share awards remain unvested. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred during the month pursuant to this plan.

Governance Confirmation Chairman and Executive Director Mr Yang Chaohui affirmed that all corporate actions referenced in the return complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant regulations.
