Tai Hing Group Holdings Limited has issued a letter to newly registered shareholders dated 9 September 2026 detailing options for receiving future corporate communications.
Shareholders may select one of five options: 1) Access all corporate communications via the company’s website and receive an email alert. 2) Access all corporate communications via the website and receive a printed notification letter. 3) Receive printed English versions only. 4) Receive printed Chinese versions only. 5) Receive both printed English and Chinese versions.
Unless a completed reply form is returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by 8 October 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have elected the website option with postal notification. Regardless of the chosen method, printed copies remain available upon request without charge.
Shareholders may change their elected option at any time by written notice or email to the registrar. The company highlights the move as a cost-saving and environmentally-focused measure, aligning the distribution of annual, interim, ESG and other statutory reports with shareholder preferences.
