According to the National Development and Reform Commission, since the adjustment of domestic refined oil product prices on August 28, the escalating US-Iran conflict has driven continuous sharp increases in international crude oil prices, with crude prices in the Middle East experiencing another abnormal surge. To mitigate the impact of rising international oil prices on the domestic market and ensure economic stability and social welfare, temporary regulatory measures have been implemented on domestic refined oil product prices while maintaining the current pricing mechanism framework.
Based on the existing pricing mechanism calculations for September 11, domestic gasoline and diesel (standard product) prices should have increased by 435 yuan and 420 yuan per ton respectively. However, after regulatory adjustments, the actual increases are 260 yuan and 250 yuan per ton. The maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel across various regions in Yunnan Province after the adjustment are as follows: (see the official announcement for detailed regional price lists)
