YANCHENG PORT Confirms Stable Share Capital and Sufficient Public Float in August 2026 Filing

Yancheng Port International Co., Limited (YANCHENG PORT) submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, reporting no changes to its authorised or issued share capital and confirming continued compliance with Hong Kong public-float requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equating to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued capital was unchanged at 1.29 billion ordinary shares, and YANCHENG PORT held no treasury shares during the month.

Management confirmed that the public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s minimum 25 percent threshold as at 31 August 2026.

The filing also indicated no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible instruments or other agreements that would affect the share count, and no share repurchases or cancellations were recorded for the month.

The return was authorised and filed by Company Secretary Leung Pak Keung on 1 September 2026.
