Shareholder interest updates for five Hong Kong-listed companies were filed on September 11, 2026, according to the latest equity disclosure data.

Bank of Zhengzhou Co Ltd (06196) saw Hongkang Life Insurance Co Ltd, a long position holder, reduce its stake from 264 million shares to 262 million shares. The latest holding ratio now stands at 12.95%, down from the previous 13.08%.

Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co Ltd (02005) was the subject of two filings. China Pharmaceutical Company Limited increased its long position from 916 million to 917 million shares, lifting its stake to 31.05% from 31.02%. Separately, Qu Jiguang, also holding a long position, saw his shareholding edge up to 42.94% from 42.91%, with the number of shares held remaining at 1.267 billion.
