GR Life Style (HKG:0108) said its board proposed changing the company's name to SR Medical Technology, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The real estate company's shares gained nearly 3% in late morning trade Thursday.
The company said it will seek shareholder approval on the proposal to provide a new corporate identity and image.
