Qantas Airways (ASX:QAN) and Jetstar are adding more than 30 flights and nearly 8,000 seats between Perth and Melbourne as footy finals travel demand surges ahead of the grand final, according to a Thursday statement.
The airlines have also added more than 1,000 trans-Tasman seats for New Zealand fans travelling to Sydney for the National Rugby League grand final, with additional capacity available as teams progress through the finals.
