Wesfarmers Incoming Chair Boosts Stake

Wesfarmers' (ASX:WES) incoming chair Ken MacKenzie acquired 4,000 shares in the firm for a consideration of AU$79.45 per share on Aug. 28, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

MacKenzie now indirectly holds 12,148 securities in the firm.

MacKenzie will succeed Michael Chaney as chair from the conclusion of the firm's annual general meeting, expected to be held on Oct. 29.
