Delta Electronics Adjusts Group Investment Structure

Delta Electronics' (TPE:2308) wholly-owned subsidiaries Delta Electronics (Germany) and Delta International Holding have completed a transaction involving 26,400 ordinary shares of Delta Controls Germany for about 19.4 million euros, according to a Friday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.

The company's shares were up nearly 2% in Monday's trade.

The transaction, priced at 735.98 euros per share, was undertaken as part of the group's investment structure adjustment.

With this, Delta Germany now holds 100% of Delta Controls Germany, whose shares were acquired from three unrelated individuals on March 2 for around 19.4 million euros.
