Bristol Myers Squibb's Phase 2 Study of Arlocabtagene Autoleucel Meets Key Endpoints

Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY) said Tuesday that its CAR-T cell therapy arlocabtagene autoleucel met the primary and secondary endpoints of a phase 2 trial to treat adults with quadruple-class exposed relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma.
The company said the study's results met its primary endpoint of demonstrating a statistically significant and clinically meaningful overall response rate in heavily pretreated adults with the blood cancer with at least four lines of therapy. It also said the study met key secondary endpoints, including a complete response rate in patients with at least three previous lines of therapy.
