ITEQ (TPE:6213) denied a social media post claiming that it started a spin-off plan that includes the conversion of 1 share for 10.
The company said Monday the post was false and unverified, and that its financial and business information should be based on disclosures through the Taiwan bourse's Market Observation Post System.
