Everest Medicines Unit Enters Supply, Distribution Cooperation Contract

Everest Medicines (HKG:1952) unit Everest Medicines (China) entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Hasten Biopharmaceutical.

The contract is for the supply, distribution, and related manufacturing and commercialization of the various products in China, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.

The parties plan to jointly expand the commercial services, distribution, and production-related cooperation of the products, including Rocephin, Stilamin, Ebrantil, Basen, Edarbi, and Blopress, in China.

The company is anticipating to obtain a drug distribution license in China in late 2026, following which it can begin distribution activities.
