Qantas Airways (ASX:QAN) completed a charter flight to bring the Los Angeles Rams NFL team to Melbourne, Victoria, on an A380 ahead of the first regular season game in Australia, according to a Thursday statement.
The airline also flew the San Francisco 49ers to Melbourne.
Qantas is the official airline partner of the NFL in Australia and New Zealand and of the 2026 NFL Melbourne Game.
The airline's shares fell 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
