Eagers Automotive to Acquire 50% Stake in Automotive Retail Firm

Eagers Automotive (ASX:APE) entered into a non-binding agreement to acquire a 50% interest in the automotive retail firm Zagame Automotive Group, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The business will operate as a joint venture between the company and Bobby Zagame, Zagame Automotive founder and executive director, the filing said.

The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of November, per the filing.
