Cooper Companies (COO) fell 15% amid heavy trading after a fiscal Q3 sales miss overshadowed the company's earnings beat and a full-year outlook cut disappointed investors.

Intraday trading volume grew to more than 11.2 million shares from a daily average of about 2.35 million.

Skillsoft (SKIL) reported a year-over-year decline in fiscal Q2 adjusted net income and revenue late Wednesday and lowered its fiscal 2027 guidance.

Shares slumped 31%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 341,000 from a daily average of about 92,000.

Navan (NAVN) shares were down over 22% following its fiscal Q2 results and fiscal 2027 guidance late Wednesday.

Trading volume was more than 12.1 million, against a daily average of about 3.9 million.
