Hysan Development (HKG:0014) will lease out the four upper floors of an under-construction building to ZA Bank for its new corporate headquarters, according to a statement released on Wednesday.
The property developer said the virtual bank will occupy 45,000 square feet of office space at Lee Garden Eight, Tower 3, which will be completed by the fourth quarter this year, with ZA's tenancy expected to begin in 2027.
The lease agreement's financial terms were not disclosed.
