Red Avenue New Materials (SHA:603650) said the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reviewed its listing application following a hearing held on Thursday, according to a Shanghai bourse filing over the weekend.
The proposed issuance and listing remain subject to regulators' approval.
The Chinese chemicals maker's Shanghai shares slipped 1% during Monday's morning trade.
