GRINM Semiconductor Materials (SHA:688432) plans to acquire Shandong Youyan Aisi and Shandong Youyan Semiconductor to strengthen its semiconductor silicon materials business.
Matching funds will be raised from no more than 35 eligible specific investors, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The transaction still requires counterparty approvals; asset evaluation filing; approvals of the board, shareholders and bourse; and securities regulator registration.
